We use a dust-controlled sanding system to minimize airborne dust. While no sanding process is 100% dust-free, our equipment significantly reduces mess in your home.

Water-based finishes have low odor, while traditional oil-based finishes have a more noticeable scent during drying. All odors dissipate as the finish cures. We will advise you ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.
